Buying a voucher
How do I buy a voucher?
Choose the voucher or experience you would like, select any options such as the party size or value, and add it to your basket. Follow the checkout steps to complete your order, and you will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I buy a voucher as a gift?
Yes. During checkout you can enter the recipient's details and choose to have the voucher sent to them by email or, where postal delivery is available, posted to an address of your choice as a presented gift pack. You can also send it to yourself to give in person.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. At checkout you will have the option to add a short message, which will be included with the voucher.
Receiving your voucher
How will I receive my voucher?
You can receive your voucher by email and, where postal delivery is available, by post. Email delivery is free and usually arrives within a few minutes of your order being confirmed. If you choose a physical voucher, it will be posted to the address you provide.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Email delivery is free. Where postal delivery is available, postal options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay, so you can choose the option that suits you. Delivery dates for posted vouchers are estimates and depend on the postal service chosen.
I have not received my voucher. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first, as confirmation and voucher emails can occasionally end up there. If you still cannot find it, contact us using the details below and we will be happy to resend it.
Using your voucher
How long is my voucher valid?
The expiry date is shown on the voucher itself, so please redeem it before then.
How do I redeem my voucher?
The voucher explains exactly how to redeem it. We recommend contacting us in advance to arrange a date and time, which will be subject to availability.
Do I need to book in advance?
For most experiences, yes. Booking ahead means we can make sure your chosen date and time are available and that everything is ready for your visit.
What if my visit costs more than the value of my voucher?
That is no problem. You can simply pay the difference at the time of your visit.
I have lost my voucher. Can you help?
Please get in touch with us and provide your order reference if you have it. We will do our best to locate your purchase and help you redeem it.
Payment and security
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. You can pay using the major debit and credit cards shown at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Your card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored by us. You can read more about how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy.
